易大哥，Jill08 和各位前辈，大侠们：请教一个跟动机有关的问题

易大哥在下面的贴子里提到只对行为，不对动机。我觉得很对，因为动机只能猜测，没法针对。但是否完全不看动机呢？我觉得Jill姐也对。不想清楚对方的动机是否会落个后手？我这人最爱琢磨别人的动机，大事小情都琢磨，有时候就为好玩儿，窥探别人的心理；有时候是为最坏状况作准备，就很累，要想清楚各种可能性，并想清楚对策。你们在office politics中难道不考虑别人的动机吗？
