it is true that small local banks that hold their own porfolio, meaning they don't resell their loans, are no subject to any Freddi/Fanni guildlines, thus you can get as many loans as you qualify, mostlikely 70% LTV, with sufficient income/assets to support the loan.

not easy, but doable.
