我们有自住房, 现在21 迈(非直线, 是Google地图)开外处有一个 HUD 房在卖, 要求前15天内 owner occupant买, 15 天后投资人可出offer。 很有兴趣, 担心15天后有很多投资人竞争, 所以想是否可以这样: 以owner occupant 名义买, 所以一年内不能出租或转卖, 一年过后再上市。 这样赚出的钱还可以按long term capital gain 交税。 请问大地主们或地产经纪们这样是否合法? 是否可行?多谢!!!
