1. you lost two month's rent (and probably more, if they don't cooperate)

2. you got to fix the rooms (doubt they paid enough deposit to cover this) and if you cannot do it in time the house will be in a bad shape to show.

If you think that they can still pay and may be able to catch up some of the delinquncy, keep them for a while but ask them if they want to stay they got to repair the drywall first. Then...
