该如何回这个妹儿？

背景：两周前去面试，和这个经理A谈了，聊了很久我还有些问题没来得及问，他说可以伊妹儿他。当时还见了一个人事经理和另外两个非经理，其中一个告诉我他们要人的那个经理刚刚离开公司，这个位置存在与否都不知道。

我回家后给每个面试的人回了妹儿, 还同时给这个经理A追问了两个问题： Who is my manager? What is his/her management style.

一周后给人事打过电话，说今年没钱，但是我们非常想要你，明年年初可能就好。有其他奥佛一定要让他们知道。

Today I got A's email:

哈喽 xxx,

对不起回妹儿迟了. 很高兴有机会了解你的能力.现在来回答你的问题：

我将会是你的经理. It's hard to write about 我的管理方式. I place value on being available to the
手下 who report to me. My goal is to provide each with
sufficient challenge and development opportunities within the context of
xyz's business needs. 我和我手下的人每周至少会面一次
and tend to coach and guide 手下 . Please let me know if there are
specific things that you would like to know.

我怎末回比较好。还要问啥时决定吗，要和他讲人事和我谈过你们的情况吗？
