该如何回这个妹儿？

背景：两周前去面试， 和这个经理A谈了，聊了很久我还有些问题没来得及问， 他说可以伊妹儿他。 当时 还见了一个人事经理和另外两个非经理，   其中一个告诉我他们要人的那个经理刚刚离开公司， 这个位置存在与否都不知道。     

我回家后给每个面试的人回了妹儿,  还同时给这个经理A追问了两个问题： Who is my manager? What is his/her management style.

一周后给人事打过电话， 说今年没钱， 但是我们非常想要你， 明年年初可能就好。 有其他奥佛一定要让他们知道。

对不起回妹儿迟了. 很高兴有机会了解你的能力.现在来回答你的问题：

 我将会是你的经理.  It's hard to write about 我的管理方式.  I place value on being available to the

sufficient challenge and development opportunities within the context of
xyz's business needs. 我和我手下的人每周至少会面一次
and tend to coach and guide 手下 .  Please let me know if there are
specific things that you would like to know.

我怎末回比较好。还要问啥时决定吗， 要和他讲人事和我谈过你们的情况吗？
