为什么对这个低职位低薪的职位有兴趣？

我最近申请了一个职位和薪水都比现在低的工作。原因是我觉得这个工作看起来比较容易，不会压力太大，这样就不用常加班，可以多点时间照顾孩子。人事部给安排了一个电话面试。我知道他们肯定要问我为什么要离开现在的公司？为什么对这个低职位低薪的职位有兴趣？可能还会说我overqualified. 真不知道怎么说比较好？说真实的原因，就担心他们觉得我不愿take challenge,想混日子。

很快就要电话面试了，很想拿下这个职位。但如果这两个问题答得不好，就得不到面谈机会。有经验的XDJM们帮我出个主意吧。让我能说出个比较合情合理的新老板也能接受的原因。多谢！
