willingly to take a pay cut is to focus more on family life. And there is nothing wrong about it at all. Trying to hide such an obvious fact during interview may not be that smart. So instead of giving the impression of withholding information, why not just be honest about it?

I won't judge someone who wants to spend more time with their family. Will you?
