1. 如何知道一个proterty 是否会被在预订时间拍卖? On the notice of trustee sale, there is only list of substitue trustee's name and company name, no phone number. I call the company to ask about the list of property which have been withdrawn and was told to get those information I have to have homeowner's authorization to ask. Does this make sense?
2. During the auction, there are always property has a high bid and low bid, you have to offer price higher than high bid to win, but the lender will get it for low bid, what is this mean? it is a bid shielding? or that property might have a second loan? Thanks a lot.
