有的是故意低价好让熟人便宜拿的，放市场上卖只不过是做做样子，骗人的把戏。


那时候，房子第１天上市我们中午立刻去看，the asking price is 20% lower than the market price,第２天下offer，11% above the asking price,didn't get the house,听说那时就有１７个offer ，the final transaction price is only 5% above the asking price, don't know why.

the bank seller agent故意放低价吸引人去，害那么多agent and buyer 白白做无用功，瞎忙乎，从此不看破产房,take a rest, wait for a while. All these low price sales will affect the comparable price of the houses around that area in the coming months.
