1. did you have this house build? how is the ground? clay base or sand base?
2. when it flooded, where did the flood water came in from? are the underslab tiles clogged?
3. the picture looks to me this is plumbing for an additional bathroom in the basement?
4. there is no sump pump in the basement? where is the underground water goto?
