i also think the contractor that appointed by the insurance co to come, maybe intentionally not put camera into the holes already dug, because they like to have big project to change all sides of the weeping tiles instead to find which part is clogged. the first photo is the closet, under the floor of that closet, I managed to tear off the carpet, then find out the plywood with 2 openings for the pvc drains, and then I managed to open the pvc drain cap in the middle top of the last photo. The other pvc drain at left bottom part of the last photo has sewer words on it. I put a long garden hose with hot water into the pvc drain in the middle top of the last photo, and it is okay for 60 feet, but I tried to put further, it does not go further. thanks very much ahead.
