Boil it. Allow to cool a bit, then flake fillets apart. Add: chopped parsley, fresh minced garlic, and a generous amount of quality extra virgin olive oil. Toss with a tiny bit of sea salt, and... Done. Tastes even better with cod. Enjoy! Fresh squeezed lemon is optional.
