groats--整粒的
irish oats(也叫scottish oats, steel-cut oats)--把整粒切成2,3段的
rolled oats(也叫old fashioned oats)--把整粒滚平,最常见的quaker oats
instant--

头上两种在一般super mkt买散装的谷类处都有.
