紧急求助，被无理由辞退

任职一家小的中国公司，老板从国内来的，因为各种管理上的纷争，今天开口说要开除我。老板自己承认不是因为我的任何错误要开除我。

现在我的问题是，我可以要求什么Severance Package么？直接通知，说让走人就走人，太霸道了。

老板刚刚来美开公司之初，艰难不提，给我的工资低且无保险，因为觉得十分有发展前途就干了。现在我的价值已经没有了，就直接踢人了。这种中国似的行为（炒人没有理由，光是凭老板的一句话）在美国是可以的么？员工就没有任何保障？
