这样的公司是不是招人会很挑剔呢？？？

叫俺明天去面试，一看这公司不得了，搞nuclear energy的，招聘广告对职位的描述特别简单，但就是不知道人家到底想要啥人。
-- Nuclear Energy is a wide concept, all sorts of people will be hired.

叫俺去面试，是不是觉得俺的背景跟经历多少跟职位相关还是就是那些关键词相关呢？？？
-- Good thing is your resume absorbed their eye ball, so they decided to give you a free interview and they can be entertained for several hours.
-- However, you need to know why they asked you to go there to mess up their carpet...
-- Otherwise you may not get what you want.

不知道怎么准备，就把以前工作的工作经历总结一遍，总感觉不对劲啊！
-- Needless to say, you need be well prepared on the skill side of what they will use you after you are hired;
-- Then you need prepare all the common behavir interview questions, know the answer, know what is LaoTu recommended answer, (good thing is I already prepared 4 u longtime ago on my BLOG).
-- Regardless whatever else, you have only one thing need remember: Use the chance to sell yourself. Sell, Sell... Tell them why they should hire you.
