-- Then please be sure tell them how you did "安全，有效，节省费用把货物shipping出去" in your previous work experience, be sure tell them many many examples...
-- Enlarge a section on your resume which match the skill or experience they need at this position, tell them you did it, you did it well, and you will do it well again for sure...

再就是监管个别下属，我没这经验。。
