请教M先辈：为什么你买的REO房只要$1k的修缮？我看过几个REO房

（在比较desirable area), 都是破烂不堪，需要整体rehab （walls, floors, basement water proof, kitchen counter and cabinets, appliances, bathrooms...), 怎么也要$50k-80k的装修费。虽然房价便宜了，但加上装修费和辛苦费和耗费时间，好像也不再是很好的deal了。
