在tuna Subway 里吃到了具多活的 fly larvae(苍蝇幼虫)， 该怎么办？

事情经过是这样的
上星期六早上与几位好友相邀去钓鱼, picnic ，备的干粮不足所以路途subway时买了三个foot long subway （Time 10:20 am。）
中午12时分左右男士们都在吊鱼，女士们带着孩子们在亭子里吃午餐，儿子finished half of tuna subway. 鉴于LG甚是fan of tuna subway. 那剩的半个就包好留给了 LG。不久男士们悻悻而归，收获不大。匆匆吃点干粮接着去奋斗了。下午2:30 多， 我看还剩1/4的 subway，便拿了别的面包夹点subway里的tuna吃了。无意中发现有什么小小的白色东西在蠕动。混在tuna 和 白色的mayonnaise里，不留心很难发现。再仔细看，发现不至一只两支，在小小一块地方有十几只在蠕动。 顿时恶心坏了。尤其儿子吃的最多。问那些小虫在他肚肚里会不会长大？爬来爬去怎们办。只好安慰他没事。其实心里恶心坏了，比儿子还害怕。4：00左右一群人打道回府。去了subway店里。Asking them to stop selling the tuna subway and should make some inspection. 小店员不管事，说会给local manager 打电话。local manager should get back to us. 便把我们打发走了。
儿子keep complaining that he felt stomach pain. 匆匆驱车奔emergency.
Doctor said she had never seen this kind of worm before. It might be pin worm. But she will let nurse send the sample to lab to make sure what they are?
儿子从这这星期二，右耳淋巴结肿大。疼痛难忍。Her pediatric prescribed the anti-bacteria drug and told us the lab result of food sample was fly larvae. She thought that the illness should not be related to the worm. Since she has not experienced this before, she will consult a specialist.
这几日我每天都睡不好，lost 4 pounds already。
请问我们是否应该找律师？如果是的话。是找什么practice 的律师呢？谢谢了

在外少吃不经热家工的meat and seafood. Avoiding 顾客流动性差de店 或时间段。
