Thanks for you reply. 来美多年，一直遵纪守法，没接触过Lawyer and law suit, 不知该如何应对。朋友里也没Practice law的。 所以才到这里询问。至于Claim 什莫，根本无从下手。
I think that from managerial standpoint, at least they should apologize to us for what had happened. But they haven’t got back to us yet.
