Good 家常菜, but try avoid using 老抽 and 生抽.

土豆鸡 does not need 老抽. 老抽 is not healthy at all.

If you want healthy, do not use any "抽", because "抽" is a chemically processed (artificially hydrolyzed) version of "酱油", plus many coloring since "抽" do not have the natural color of authentic soy sauces.

The name of "抽" was made to replace the name of "化學醬油" to fool the consumers.

If you cook properly, a naturally fermented "酱油" can bring much more attactive color than that in your photo.

If you use artificial soy sauces a lot, be aware that chemicals in them have the potential to cause cancers.
