南乳肉, I think it tastes better to just dip 南乳 rather than your way of cooking, also much easier.
青菜肉末粥 is not 简单: "白粥熬到一半的时候,先把肉末放入,等快熬好的时候,再加入青菜碎搅一下,再烧个5分钟即可". I have to set the timer twice to remind me to add 肉末 and 青菜.
+ 青菜用水烫+ 肉末用一点油炒: It's much easier to cook the 粥 and 肉末炒青菜 separately and eat them anytime I want.
When you have little kids, you will understand what I mean.
