She is your boss and you cannot avoid her if you like to stay in the company. If the company is good, it is not worth leaving the company because you cannot get along with your boss, since you are not sure that you will have a good boss in a new company. Remember that boss is boss. You have to build a communication channel between you and your boss. If you cannot do it, you better find another job.
