奥夫就要丢了，昨天长任经理还说要我今天之前给答复，

今天已找我就给他们送了电子邮件，说我接受奥夫，10几分钟后经理打电话来说，情况有点改变，昨天他们以为我不会接受了，所以，等到下午之前他在给我答复。如果他昨天说的，By tomorrow, 那应该包括今天吧？我该怎么办，在打电话吗？还是等？
