This deal is gone -- it's no longer yours. You did awesome for yourself! This is a typical case of the old Chinese saying "听鬼话不听人话", and by the end of day you lose everything.
Job is the summary business relationship mainly between you and your manager, as well as you and coworkers -- over negotiation will intoxicate the working environment, and kill the working relationship.
To be honest, I already felt your offer was at jerpardy, I was watching to see you're going to 听人话 or 听鬼话. Here is the simple point: negotiating for salary is ok, the art is in how you do it; negotiating is also ok for the package itself (standard policy by company), but it is very inappropriate to ask for vocation plan even before starting (after hired, you still need to request it from your manager, and take it according to his schedule). My general feel is: you asked too much, in the mean time you're not that hot, you don't have answer for very basic issues -- so you're taking too much risk.
