今天一位同事给fire掉了。。。

今天工作的时候接到page让全体staff到boardroom集合， 以为有什么紧急的事情。
刚坐下project manager来了， 对全体staff宣布某某is no longer employed by the company。 全体肃静了， 他接着问了句is there any questions, 10秒后有人问了个why, 答曰: he is not performing to the expectation. 然后散会了， 前后不到5分钟。。。

给fire的同事人不错， 就是平时话比较多， 总来engineering department找画图的聊天， 我上司对他有一点意见， 但怎么也没想到他就突然给fire掉了， 今天早上我还经过他办公室打招呼， 中午已经不见人了， 桌子的东西都清了。。。sigh， 世态炎凉啊。
