4. get loan from china.
i finally go with the last two option. i borrowed about 50,000 from credit card company, 30,000 life long with 4.99% APR, others 0 APR till next year. loan of about RMN 900,000 is from china 6.06%.
BTW, i bought the apartment at RMB 2,450,000, now i heard it has been increase to about RMB 2,700,00 or more. plus the US$ vs RMB rate. i feel that my investment sounds good so far.
