Those lawsuits were claiming that tasr is not acutually non lethal, tasr guns were responsible for numerous death happened after tasr guns were applied, a lot of cases later turned out to be drug abuse, it was drugs that killed those people, I would say that those drug abusive people were already in a very dangerous situation, and a tasr gun may be the final "heavy" straw they can carry no more, Anyway, those lawsuits about death and injury made government hesistate to put in purchase order and tasr's growth suddenly dropped.
