I would like to make it more clear about non lethal

, it is common sense that normal guns are lethal, facing violent dangerous situation, as a criminal, what you want police to use, real guns or tasr? as an officer, what you want to use? if you have doubt about officer's thinking, you can find forums that police officers talking about how they were under pressure in a violent situation, if they would prefer guns or tasr?

I think Tasr is lethal in some cases for those people that have drug abusive, heart diseases and so on, but if you are violent, you are facing danger of death already, be it a knife, a gun or a tasr. That is my view or "common sense", tasr should not be used generally at will, I acknowledge that tasr could be a tool for torture, I would hate Chinese government to abuse tasr. I do not trust in Chinese government, actually you should not trust any governement, you guard your own rights, you do not depend on others. same thing everywhere.
