"I think all my interview dead.
I don't know how to answer behavior questions? eg:
What is your biggest accomplishment? --(I am an accountant doing routine job, no accomplishment)~~
So I told accounting managers that My former employer fired our controller and hire me. It was kind of new position for the company, I streamline the job put everything in organized Bla bla~~ It doesn't seem work. What should I say???"

Better prepare before you go, for such kind of questions.
Yes, your answer is good. Need tell them more how difficulty you were when you started in the begining, what challenges you were facing, and how you overcame all of them, and how you make everything works great, use specific data to support what you said, give DATA, NUMBERs. Data is everything.
