如果你现在的工作新水里没有bonus,在下一个工作里,人家offer

里没有提bonus的事, 我可不可以提出要bonus?

怎么提法？ 比如，我是需要propose: based on my performance?
开始直接可以说给我bonus, XX% of my salary? （当然，这是最好的scenario喽；-）
