It worth to ask if the company offer annual bonus. But if they do not offer it as a general company policy, we do not need to specially ask or negotiate it.
It is true not every company offer bonus program.
However, even the company doesn't offer it as a general policy, the management still give bonus under the desk to those emplyees who made big contribution to the business.
