非常感谢各位的帮助。问题是 我觉得移民局 不 相信 我的 民事 调解 书， 因为第一次我交的 翻 译 件他们 说 不能证明 离婚， 第 二 次 我 让我 的 翻译 公司 重新 翻 译后又 交上去了，这次移民 局 找 了 他 们 自己 的 翻译 公司 说 还是不能 证明， 因为 他们 根本 不 懂 中国 法律。 如果 我 在 国内 做 公证， 用的 还 是 同样 的 东西， 我 担 心 移民 局 不 信 ，而且 这 好像 是 我 唯一 的 机 会， 在 被 据 之前 。 Golfcat72, does your notorial certificate include a copy of the divorce paper? Does it say that xxx and xxx are divorced on xx/xx/xx (date)? I think that's what immigration officer wants to see. I am just worried about that i couldn't provide additional chinese document, but most of us here knows the divorce paper is the only thing you get from court.
