请教用QuitClaim Deed转入LLC的房子卖出base price怎么算？

有一个房子买价225,000 ，开始是自住，然后用quit claim deed 的转入我的LLC, 现在要卖出，请问起始价怎么算？quit claim deed转入LLC的售价为0。
