LLC 一定要请律师做eviction吗？

请教各位： owner是夫妻两个人的LLC， 在MO，现在要做eviction . 请问自己可以做吗，还是必须要请律师？

Lease上是个人的名字，几年前签的时候房子还在个人名下。多谢！
