如果现在成立LLC, 可以把出租房以前的 passive losses carry over 吗？

看到大家都成立LLC, 有点心动，也想成立一个，我目前有5个出租房，到今年为止，都有 passive losses， 不知道把 个人名下的出租房转移到 LLC 之后，是否可以把这些losses 带过去？
