对于一个白菜房，拿不定主意，老大们给点建议哈.

估价146K的房子，现在能108K拿下来. 但是需要修很多，初步估计15K-20K。 但是现在拿不定主意是再卖还是出租. 

卖能在145K-150K之间。 出租能租 1.2K-1.3K.  离高压电虽然不近,　大概１００－２００米左右,　但是能

看见。
