请教一下，能付得起1600一月又愿意住在黑人区的是不是都是section 8的房客？这个价位的房子找租容易吗？因为在我们这再加300，在白人区也能租到这样大小的房子，而且建筑挡次还高一些。不过听说section 8对zip code有限制，所以拿voucher的人不能到好区找房子。

算了一下，就算现金买，让PM管理，每年假设空一个月，回报还是相当不错的。
