怎样祘白菜房 Depreciation?

俺去年买了个臼菜房 (SFH), 共花了九万大洋, 当时俺抱着这颗白菜可高兴了. 今年开始报税, 一看 depereciation就犯难了:  depreciation 的base = 房价 - 地皮价  .在 county tax record上, 俺这白菜房的地 value 是 10 万. 请坛子里牛人:俺这颗白菜该怎样作 depreciation.
