俺认为VA地主第一桶金靠分租房子挺好的

不应该说人家降低了生活质量来赚钱。有的人天生喜欢聚众，喜欢热热闹闹地和很多人住在一起，对这样性格的人来讲分租没有什么不同的感觉；当然对于喜欢独处的人，这样的生活简直不可忍受。

只要你自己知道自己的个性，按照这个个性去当地主，就可以了。
