Several of my attorneys said that LLC can only protect you personally IF and ONLY IF your LLC hires other people to manage and repair your rental properties. The LLC could not protect you anything if you, as the owner of your LLC manage and repair your rentals. You have to turn over all and everything to other people and stay away from your rentals to get the LLC protections. Is that true????
LLC would become useless if you manane and repair your rentals
