请问有经验的地主们，有note to quick的样本吗？今天lawsuit failed

Judge said I did not send note to quit, I am in New Jersey. 一帮子把我打晕。
得重新file for holdover. 
正在考虑是否请律师。是花1000冕灾还是再过把自己上庭的隐。另外时间也是钱，怕准备不足又被大法官打回来。有经验的地主们能不能给指个道。 法庭是地主的必修课。
