有一种是INCOME style，有的也很AGGRESSIVE。 股市没那么可怕，房子也不都是能赚钱的，不要绝对。 i've been the market for more than 5 years and been through bull and bear markets and i'v loving it. i am a litte landlord too. those two  are not one or other. u can do both.
