政府和小地主是什么关系?

  怎么觉得他们开始找麻烦啊? 原来相安无事的, 最近突然今天来查查bathroom改变有没有permit, 明天来查查那个sign合格不合格, 上一个owner就做了的东西跟我们没关系啊, 大家觉得应该怎么和他们打交道啊, 他们怎么好象中国城管似的啊. 我也没得罪他们啊. TNND.
