芝加哥周边有没有地主有兴趣一起讨论讨论？

我是从事金融工作的，但是惭愧的是自己的个人账户因为没有时间打理，资本回报率低得让我羞愧。想开始投资买房当地主。有没有芝加哥周边地区的朋友一起来讨论讨论？我们可以建立一个讨论小组，互通信息，一起讨论，一起看看芝加哥周边的房子和其他投资机会。。。
