潜水多时，受益匪浅，于是准备小试牛刀，3 个月前 offer 一短售屋 18K， 由于市场好转，待售房屋大减，银行COUNTER OFFER 21K，FINAL PRICE。该房可租2000/M，不是好区，需买flood insurance 2000/y.　地址：143 HUMPHREY ST, ENGLEWOOD, NJ 07631，
