请各位地主看一下，这个potential tenant 怎样？

租房是3／2 with月租$2550。

这个是family of 5, 但是最大的孩子已自己住，所以in effect, it's a family of four. The middle one is about 20 years old and the youngest one is only 1.

父母都在同一家公司工作十几年了。两个人的收入加起来有$100K.

在现在的租房已经住了五年多。月租$2300。要搬走是因为房东要卖房。这个房东是远距离的，在另一个城巿。

问题是他们有一只猫，只在室内的。不是很淸楚猫的破坏性一般有多大。

现在的房东对猫没有问题。

女的credit score close to 800.

请大家看一看。
