苦命的佛州地主，房价大跌，有首付，要搬家，房子怎么办，跪求大侠建议！！

说起来一肚子苦水，不知道怎么这么悲催。2007 年买房，房价从35万跌到现在的19万，估计还会再跌，有20%的首付，我在2年前失业，现就靠老公一人7，8 万的工资付2200多的morgage，非常紧张。一年前申请了loan modification， 天杀的wells fargo， 本来说是我们不符合HAPM,符合wellsfargo 的in-house plan, 1400/month, 40 年， trial 3 month 了，但最后agent不见了，让我们重新来过申请，一个月前又交了申请，今天结果出来，一个月才降了200快，monthly morgage payment 2000/month,25 年，比第一次差好多，说是govement的HAMP，我们不符合in-house的，晕死！ 跟specialist说了半天，她威胁我们说如果据了这个，下一个offer可能更差，或者就short sale 啥的。更窝囊的是，因为loan modi， 银行让我们有了半年的partial payment， 连奥巴马的refiance也不可能了，我和老公都要气死了。

啰里啰唆这么多，我最近也在面试工作，很有可能全家会搬到其他州，想问问路过的大侠，我们该接受这个laon modi offer 吗, 要拒绝俄的话，能搞到better deal 吗，会不会被银行迫使forclose 啥的，是不是应该shortsale，如果两个人都工作，银行肯吗？
