有钱人的做法不是我们能想象的

洛杉矶机场南面沙滩上的房子，lot通常也就5，6千尺，窄窄的一条，只有窄的一面对大海，以前几百万一个，现在貌似都上千万。

有一次去沙滩散步，不记得是Hermosa Beach，还是Manhattan Beach了，看到一个空的lot，想着是可能是老住户囤着等升值，后来听一个agent说，隔壁那个房子是一个超大公司的CEO的房子，为了不那么挤，就把邻居那个lot也买了下来，把房子扒掉，重了点草。

所以我觉得不用担心富人付不起地税和维护费。
