地主不容易的

 

下午四点， 接到一租客电话，说热水器漏水不工作。 我家掏纷工放下电话， 二话不说， 把工具准备好， 就RUSH HOUR奔到那出租房。 都快５个小时了，我 TEXT知道他修好了。。 要是换成一般不愿意修的人， 真是个大麻烦。
